- Two inspectors will visit the site - this means it is less likely some aspect may be overlooked, and we can more efficiently undertake the inspection for your convenience - all for the same price as one inspector!
- When you get an inspection from Confidence Building Inspections, you'll get:
- a qualified and experienced building surveyor to inspect the house in detail, and a second assistant inspector to ensure nothing is missed;
- independent and unbiased assessment of the quality and condition of the building;
- non-invasive moisture testing on areas prone to damage backed up by thermal imaging where required, and electrical testing;
- a comprehensive written report with detailed photos, maintenance tips, and advice on what needs to be done or other trades which may be required;
- Certificate of Inspection;
- peace of mind from our insurance coverage;
- telephone or email access to our inspector if you have further queries or concerns after the building inspection
