Prices vary depending on the size of the property and if there are any detached structures you need included. Price guidelines below include gst and travel within 30kms of Tauranga central ; no detached structures included - contact us for a price if these are required.
Standard Pre-Purchase and Pre-Sale Inspections:
$550 - 0-70m2 apartment, small unit, or sleepout
$650 - 71-150m2 dwelling
$750 - 151-250m2 dwelling
$850 - 251-300m2 dwelling
POA - over 300m2 dwelling
Weathertight Inspection (for monolithic-clad dwellings):
$750 - 0-150m2 dwelling
$850 - 151-250m2 dwelling
$950 - 251-300m2 dwelling
POA - over 300m2 dwelling
$100 - thermal imaging add-on
Combined Standard Building Inspection and Weathertight Inspection:
$850 - 0-150m2 dwelling
$950 - 151-250m2 dwelling
$1050 - 251-300m2 dwelling
POA - over 300m2 dwelling

Residential Warrant of Fitness for Homeowners and Landlords:
$300 - 0-70m2 apartment, small unit, or sleepout

Healthy Homes Assessment:
$250 - as an add-on with a building inspection
$450 - stand-alone booking
Meth Testing:
$150 - based on up to four bedrooms, as an add-on with a building inspection
$250 - based on up to four bedrooms, stand-alone booking
Pre-inspection/offer Property Research
$100 per hour plus expenses (i.e. LIM purchase)

In general, you should allow approximately an hour for the inspection, however more time may be required based on house size and complexity. If there are any dogs on site, we just ask that they are restrained during the inspection.
TRAVEL: we do not add travel charges for jobs within the Bay of Plenty region, within 30kms of Tauranga central.
InsuranceWe carry full insurance to give you confidence that you have coverage, should anything go wrong. We hold current Professional Indemnity insurance with Lloyds of London, C/- Integro Insurance Brokers, 71 Fenchurch Street, London EC3A 4BS, England; and Public Liability and statutory insurances with AMI. A copy of our Certificate of Currency is available upon request.
